Anjanie has spent over 20 years’ working in leadership roles across public and private sector organisations. Anjanies key skills specialise in HR, Operations and Business Improvement, she joined the CENCA team in July 2019.

Passionate about community safety and development, Anjanie has been involved in volunteering for many years. During her time as Vice Chair of  the Northamptonshire Black Police Association she worked with community groups across the county on local and national projects related to crime reduction, safer communities and safer roads casualty reduction.

As Branch Secretary for the Northamptonshire CIPD, Anjanie supports work with local businesses to promote understanding of Mental Health and Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. Anjanie also supports the design and planning of local events and activities that develops HR practitioners across the county.
