1. To adopt the national model Articles of Association for CENCA

2. To receive the Annual Report and Audited Accounts of Central and East Northamptonshire Citizens Advice for the year ended 31st March 2022.

3. To elect Honorary Officers and members of the Board of Trustees until the next Annual General Meeting in 2023.

4. The appointment of Auditors to the Association

5. To transact any other business of the Charitable Company
