Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 Pro rata (dependent on experience) 

Hours: 18.5 hours Per Week

Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract (with potential for further extension, dependent
on funding

About the role:

The post holder will ensure sessions are appropriately resourced and be responsible for support and supervision of the volunteers who provide information and detailed advice to clients, including case checking and auditing.

Key work areas and tasks:

​​

• Managing the advice session to ensure client needs and funder targets are met, appropriate numbers of volunteers are available, advisors can be accommodated.

• To monitor performance to ensure that a consistently high standard of service is provided to clients.

• To provide feedback, advice and support to staff to help them to develop their skills.

• Case checking, ensuring social policy issues are recorded, monitoring trends in areas of need and client groups.
