Mary has a track record in strategic and organisational development, bid
writing, governance and compliance; developing successful engagement
strategies, to create projects supporting diverse communities and
partners.

Mary has worked in the Northants Voluntary and Community Sector for
over 25 years, starting as a volunteer benefits adviser. She has acted as a
development consult for several local charities, local authorities, and
UNICEF - where as Senior Donor Development Writer she worked on
funding bids of £44 million. Mary has also worked for two Race Equality
Councils; BBC Multicultural Documentaries, and Macmillan Cancer
Support.
