Mary Clarke was appointed as Chief Officer in November 2018, following the organisation's restructure. Mary's key skills are in strategic development, equality and inclusion, partnership building and bid writing.
Mary has worked in the Northants Voluntary and Community Sector for 25 years, as well as BBC Multicultural Documentaries, Macmillan Cancer Support, and UNICEF, where as Senior Donor Development Writer she led on funding bids to the value of £44 million in South Sudan. She has a track record in organisational development, governance and compliance, and developing successful engagement strategies, embedding equality of opportunity. She was invited to Chair Northamptonshire County Council's Black Asian and Minority Ethnic Sub Regional Partnership and Northampton Borough Council's Equalities Forum.
